8th Class Datesheet Punjab Board

Punjab Education Commission(PEC) is the organization which will announce the 8th Class Datesheet 2012 and conducts the 8th Class exams of all students of Punjab Province. All the students residing in the cities of Punjab Province have to take 8th class exam 2012 which is conducted by PEC. The exams of the 8th class will commence in the Second week of February.

Registration for the 8th Class Exams 2012

The registration schedule for the 8th class exams is as follows:

8th Class Registration Form Availability……………………………………………………………….20th August 2011

Last date of Submission of 8th Class Registration Forms for government Institute……..10th September 2011

Last date of Submmission of 8th Class Registration Forms for Private Institutes and Private Candidates………10th November 2011

Registration Forms or Admission Forms are available from the offices of  EdO(Edu), DEO, Deputy DEO, AEO and from the official website of PEC also.


The Exams conducted by the Punjab Education Commission is the Largest Exam conducted throughout the world according to the number of Candidates. More than 25 lac Students takes these exams. It is compulsory for all the students of 8th Class to take this Exam including the Government and Private Institutes. The checking of the 8th Class exams is done 60% by Automatic Computerized System while the remaining 40% is checked by hand. The papers of 8th Class of one district of Punjab are checked in other other district of Punjab, so ensuring the factor of secure marking.
