Female candidates have to run 1.6 km in 7 /2 minutes.
Applicants have to do push-ups with 15 repetitions within 2 minutes.
Just like push-ups 15 sit ups should be completed within two minutes.
With same time frame as stated above the females have to go through 3 times repetition chin-ups as well.
Applicants have to cross the ditch 7.4 by 7.4 with depth of 4.

Registration Process:
